Level 1 – Upcoming Expert
This person is in the process of becoming an expert. Maybe they have recently discovered coaching or a new healing modality and they’re super excited about the potential. It could be that they’ve even helped a few people AND they’re in the process of developing their expertise.
Maybe they’re starting to get paid for sessions. They may be doing the work part time because they haven’t turned it into a real business yet. They’re often very unclear about their niche, and maybe are unfamiliar with that concept.
This situation doesn’t align with my skill set. They really need to get the fundamentals down and get solid in their expertise before I can really help them.
Level 2 – The Best Kept Secret
This person has developed their expertise to the point where they can get amazing results every time. They know who their people are and exactly what they need, however their people aren’t responding to their messages.
Their biggest need is to figure out exactly what their market will respond to and get that message in front of their audience. Then they need marketing systems in place the nurture the new leads they’re getting and turn those leads into consultations while they’re focused on their genius.
I can help this person get a steady flow of leads that turn into consultations that turn into clients.
Level 3 – The Proven Expert
This person has built a successful business, usually has developed a following, and great JV relationships in the industry. They and their team is focused on the big picture things.
They often have a goldmine of proven programs that are ready to be sold, but they don’t have the evergreen systems in place to make that happen. And they don’t want to do that themselves or take their team’s attention off the important tasks in the business.
I can help this person by building the evergreen funnels that deliver the right people to these great products and programs, and that put money in their bank account without them having to lose focus.
Level 4 – The Master
This person has built a very successful business that is often doing well over $1 million a year. They have the team and infrastructure in place to generate consistent revenue from all of their major opportunities.
In general, what I offer is not of value here because they already have the team in place to take care of what I would do.
